The 48th FITCE Congress took place in Prague, from the 3rd to the 5th September 2009. All delegates once again enjoyed the convivial FITCE atmosphere of high quality presentations and discussions as well as excellent opportunities for networking and meeting old and new friends. The overall theme was “ICT Transformation- Global InfoSociety Realisation in 2009”. The Congress was well attended, despite the global economic recession.
